I provide services as both a Registered Homeopath and a Holistic Nutritionist. I integrate these therapies to provide treatments that optimize mental, emotional and physical health. As a homeopath, I provide constitutional homeopathic consultations to address long term and chronic health concerns. An initial visit helps me to understand health concerns and how they affect you, the individual. My follow up visits are designed to assess the natural movement of the homeopathic remedy as it supports the mental, emotional and physical spheres to restore vitality and health.

As a Holistic Nutritionist, I place emphasis on assessing the whole person including emotions, dietary indulgences/restrictions and lifestyle choices in order to restore balance. I believe in the healing capabilities that food can provide and I use my education in Holistic Nutrition to help guide people towards a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life. I believe a healthy attitude towards food is equally as important as the food itself and I strive to find the bridge that connects enjoyment and nourishment. I consider my style of holistic nutrition to be practicle and lifestyle based. 

 I am a graduate of the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine and the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I have additional certification as Master Clinician in homeopathy. I am fully insured and am in good standing with the College of Homeopaths. 

I have a special interest in conditions that affect the emotional and mental spheres of a person including stress, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, irritability, eating disorders as well as the physical conditions of women including heavy/painful menstruation, breastfeeding, menopause, morning sickness, yeast infections and children including colds and flus, teething, sleep disorders, eczema, bed wetting and ear infections.

Instead of a one size fits all methodology, holistic nutrition assess the complete health history, emotional state and lifestyle habits to determine the root cause of health concerns. 

Taking an individual approach to health and wellness allows a nutritionist to fully understand each individuals needs and thus lays forth the path to fulfill that journey
